Percutaneous coronary interventions on old heavy degenerated saphenous aortocoronary bypasses are often complicated with peripheral embolisations and ischaemic events. In some patients however PCI remains the only one possibility of treatment. We report the successful gradual approach to reopen the 13 years old bypass filed with excessive amount of thrombi in old patient with type 2
diabetes.

The description and interpretation of hypertonic and sclerotic changes in funduscopy is rather confusing. Authors discuss individual steps resulting in changes of retinal vessels. They characterize the scale of hypertonic changes and point out the options and limitations of interpreting the results of funduscopic
examination.

A case history of 23 years old male with congenital adrenal hyperplasia with partial
3-ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase deficiency is documented. The case describes a rare type of congenital adrenal hyperplasia that can remain undiagnosed up to adulthood or it can persist for whole life without clinical manifestation. The evidence for diagnose is determined by elevation of the dehydroepiandrosterone and the 17-hydroxy-pregnenolone and parallel decrease of basal testosterone or decrease of testosterone following adrenocorticotropine stimulation. These patients do not necessarily have cortisol secretion
impairment.
Key words: 3-ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, gynecomastia,
hypogonadism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia
